Dazed, standing on blistered feet, Bill feels his arms and legs begin to spread. Then he sees the man holding a bullwhip — an actual bullwhip! The feel of the whip cutting into his body is unbelievable. When he thinks the lashing is finally over, he's cranked up even higher, stretching his cut skin — and the man starts whipping him again!
