Today has been non-stop. I'm exhausted, drenched in sweat, and honestly, I smell awful. I caught a whiff and thought, 'What is that? only to realize it's Me. My armpits are ripe, My feet are even worse — the kind of smell that turns your stomach. It's putrid, it's embarrassing. and yet, there's this weird part of Me that keeps checking, as if confronting the reality of how far I've pushed Myself today. It's gross, but it's real. A gritty reminder that I showed up, I gave it My all — and My body is showing every sign of it.
