Nick Cross has taken a boy scout to his basement to torment him. He is pissed that he keeps getting knocks on his door so he has decided to take matters into his own hands, literally. He grabs the boyscout and makes him bend over then Nick grabs a handful of underwear and starts giving the scout hard wedgies. The scout begs for him to stop, crying and moaning the entire time.
